Frozen Fruit
Due to the extreme perishability of Miracle Fruit, our berries are frozen immediately after they are picked. They are vacuum-sealed and shipped to you packed in dry ice. Miracle Fruit can last over 1 month when kept frozen. There is no need to defrost before eating. Just pop it in your mouth and let it defrost while you swirl it around.Approximately 1 serving per berry. Each serving will alter the taste of food for between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Freeze-Dried Granules
Our Miracle Fruit granules are made by stripping the flesh off the berries, grinding it into pulp, and then freeze-drying it for increased shelf life. As fresh Miracle Fruit berries spoil after only a few days, the granules provide a longer-lasting alternative form, with the same characteristics of fresh berries. When kept refrigerated, Miracle Fruit granules have a shelf-life of approximately 3 months. Approximately 1 gram of granules can be considered a "serving".

Seeds
A miracle fruit plant is a slow growing shrub that typically reaches approximately 5ft in height. The plant requires acidic soil and is intolerant to alkaline conditions. The miracle fruit plant does best in warm climates. During cooler months, the plan should be brought indoors (it does well as a house plant). Fruit is produced throughout the year and hundreds of berries can be harvested from a single plant. The miracle fruit seeds are about the size of coffee beans. The seeds you order will be picked from the plant the same day, to ensure the highest germination rate possible. All of the seeds are de-pulped prior to shipment.
